The design is inspired by the traditional Baghdadi houses, while employing its elements in a modern way, focusing on the Shanshool as a dominant element in the design. Water has also been introduced as an essential element within the landscape, which is represented by a water path, over which a suspended path passes that leads to the entrance and ends with a swimming pool.
